Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager drives company values and ensures that all training and development activities are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working with the property leadership team, the role identifies employee and organizational development needs and delivers effective training programs that support business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs, ensuring ongoing learning on product knowledge, guest service, and leadership skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring attendance, assessing participant progress, and measuring impact on guest satisfaction and performance metrics.
• Develop training plans and budgets, identify performance gaps, and align programs with key business indicators.
• Manage the training budget in coordination with HR and property financial goals, controlling expenses and ensuring cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field, plus 2 years of HR or related experience (or a 4‑year degree with no experience).
• Certified trainer.
