French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide remote support for a mobile phone rental service in France. You will handle inbound calls, answer user inquiries, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer support calls.
• Assist users with questions about mobile phone rentals and related services.
• Communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Accurately document each interaction.
• Follow internal processes and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer support, especially inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
