Contract Administrator – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator to support its renewable‑energy projects in Mauritania. The role will ensure that contracts, purchase orders and related documents are prepared, reviewed and administered in line with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process contracts, amendments, purchase orders and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate contract records, databases and filing systems, including archiving executed contracts.
• Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, deadlines and renewal dates.
• Track compliance and flag deviations from contractual obligations.
• Coordinate contract matters with Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing contract summaries, correspondence, notices and reports.
• Facilitate internal approval workflows and ensure documentation complies with procedures.
• Support contract amendments, extensions and close‑out activities, and prepare periodic status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Contract Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in contract administration, document control or procurement support within construction, infrastructure, renewable energy or engineering.
• Fluent English with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Document Management Systems and contract management software (advantageous).
