Deputy Representative Operations (P-4) – Temporary Assignment

About the role

The Deputy Representative Operations will act as the strategic business partner and deputy to the Head of Office, leading results‑oriented change and providing risk‑informed analysis and advice across operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate financial management, human resources, supply chain, procurement and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of programmes.
• Provide solution‑focused analysis, risk assessments and recommendations to senior management for programme and operational decisions.
• Drive value‑for‑money and results‑based management approaches across all operational contexts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, HR, IT, International Business or related field, or a professional accounting designation (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CPFA, Expert Comptable).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, HR, operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, IT or donor reporting.
• Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of an additional UN language or local language is a plus.
