Technical Engineer – Solar Energy (Mauritania)

About the role

Growatt is seeking a Technical Engineer to support its solar inverter portfolio in Mauritania. The role involves troubleshooting, on‑site service, and customer training to ensure successful installation and commissioning of inverter systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via email, phone, and messaging platforms for inverter installation and commissioning issues.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory and develop effective spare‑parts plans.
• Travel to customer sites across West and North Africa to resolve equipment failures.
• Deliver product training to customers once they are familiar with the inverter.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Required profile

Required skills
