About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth. Working remotely, you will research prospects, identify target accounts and initiate contact through phone, email and social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
- Perform high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM.
- Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree certificate in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales or customer acquisition.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms.
