AI Trainer (LLM & Generative AI Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help develop and refine large language models and generative AI systems. The role is fully remote and involves working with a global team of engineers, product managers, and annotators.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage end‑to‑end training pipelines, including supervised fine‑tuning, RLHF and red‑team exercises.
• Create complex prompt templates and testing scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning and multilingual tasks.
• Define rubrics, build golden datasets and conduct deep analysis of model failures, bias and hallucinations.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Document training methodologies, model behaviours and iterative improvements for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product managers to translate research goals into actionable annotation tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose enhancements to annotation platforms and tools.
• Generate high‑quality synthetic data to augment training sets for niche scenarios.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., software engineering, computer science).
• Strong analytical ability to dissect complex problems and articulate abstract concepts.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying updated on AI safety research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
