Chef de Partie – Culinary Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a leading hotel brand. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the culinary team during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare special meals, cold foods, and standard menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; manage thawing and storage processes.
• Maintain food logs, monitor portion control, and ensure food quality and quantity.
• Communicate with the Chef and service staff about specials, excess inventory, and out‑of‑stock items.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report maintenance or safety issues.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced environment.
