About the role

The Foundation CSAI is seeking a bilingual coordinator to manage the Specialized Medical Training Program (PFMES) funded by AECID in Mali and Mauritania. The role combines technical and institutional coordination, monitoring of activities, reporting, and the economic and logistical management of the projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and institutional aspects of the medical training projects.
• Monitor project activities, ensure compliance with logical‑framework methodology, and track results.
• Prepare periodic reports for donors and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and logistical arrangements.
• Facilitate communication with partners in the health sector across the Sahel and Arab regions.

Required profile

• University degree (any field).
• High proficiency in Spanish and French (minimum B2).
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in project‑cycle management using a logical‑framework approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary of €23,366 plus a destination allowance of €14,400.
