About the role

The Foundation CSAI is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the Specialized Medical Training Programme (PFMES) funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) in Mauritania and Mali. The role involves both technical and institutional coordination, ensuring that project activities are implemented on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and institutional aspects of the programme across multiple sites.
• Monitor project activities, track progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Manage the economic and logistical components of the projects, including budgeting and procurement.
• Facilitate communication between partners, donors, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with AECID guidelines and logical‑framework methodology.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., health systems, development cooperation, medical specialties).
• High proficiency in Spanish and French (minimum B2 level).
• Demonstrated experience in project‑cycle management using a logical‑framework approach (at least one year).
• Availability to travel as needed.
