About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The position supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level support for French‑speaking customers while communicating fluently in English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Assist homeowners using a booking platform with modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalations.
- Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories.
- Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in online travel or technical support.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
- Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
- Salesforce.
- Windows 11 or macOS 14 (or later).
- Stable broadband connection and a wired USB headset.
