Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert you will ensure that every guest area of the property is spotless, welcoming and safe. You will be part of the Guest Environment team that creates memorable experiences for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, extra linens, or special cleaning needs.
• Stock cleaning carts and supply rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is readily available.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance, and report any hazards.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality rules and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation practices in a hotel environment.
