Marketing Representative

About the role

Turkish Airlines is seeking a dynamic Marketing Representative to strengthen relationships with agents and customers, explore new markets, and support the airline’s sales and marketing initiatives. The role blends market research, sales strategy development, and event representation to help the airline expand its reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with agents and customers across the region.
• Identify new market opportunities and communicate fares, charges, regulations, and innovations to agents.
• Produce weekly and monthly activity reports, tracking sales performance against targets.
• Recommend alternative sales strategies when results fall short of expectations.
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with regional agents to boost sales and assess new route potential.
• Monitor competitor policies and market trends, providing insights for continuous growth.
• Represent Turkish Airlines at tourism events, trade fairs, and other promotional platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Fluent in English and the local language(s).
• Valid work permit or citizenship in the country of employment.
• Team player capable of working independently.
• Proficient with MS Office and other relevant informatics tools.
