Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end functioning of Visa Application Centers (VAC) within the assigned jurisdiction. This role ensures that operational targets, service level agreements and compliance standards are consistently met while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all VACs in the jurisdiction, ensuring adherence to speed, accuracy and financial parameters.
• Deliver on all mission‑specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance against them.
• Prepare and present regular operational and business reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with the mission for performance reviews and compliance audits.
• Drive profitability through upselling value‑added services and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensure VAC facilities meet audit‑compliance norms and are well‑maintained.
• Lead, coach and manage VAC staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within visa, passport or similar service centers.
• Ability to multitask and work cross‑functionally with various business units.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on process compliance and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
