Operations Manager – Supply & Fleet Partner Development

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the creation of a partner network from the ground up. The role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with fleet owners and logistics partners to ensure a robust supply pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard fleet partners, guiding them from initial contact through to live operation.
• Build long‑term partnerships with fleet companies, aggregators, and independent vehicle owners.
• Manage supply quality and volume in the local market by tracking key metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving improvements.
• Develop new acquisition channels through distribution and logistics networks.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and contribute to shaping market strategy.

Required profile

• Background in fleet management, FMCG distribution, or oil & gas distribution with a focus on sales and partnerships.
• Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of counterparts, from individual car owners to corporate partners.
• Result‑driven with genuine interest in the challenge of building a partner network.
• Familiarity with the local market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in both the local language and English.
