Operations Manager – Visa Application Center

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end management of Visa Application Centers (VACs) within the assigned jurisdiction. This role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with service level agreements, and profitability through value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of VACs in the designated region.
• Deliver on all mission SLA commitments.
• Maintain process compliance regarding speed, accuracy, and financial parameters.
• Produce daily operational and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with mission teams for performance reviews.
• Drive profitability by upselling value‑added services.
• Ensure VAC facilities meet audit and compliance standards.
• Manage and develop VAC staff.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and maintain efficient operational systems.
• Comfortable multitasking and collaborating across business units.
• Relevant experience in operations or similar fields.
• Basic proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is acceptable.
