Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager is responsible for managing the transient rooms inventory of the hotel(s) in Nouakchott and maximizing revenue from these segments. This role ensures optimal pricing, inventory release, and clean booking windows while supporting group room management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and report revenue data, comparing actual sales to forecasts.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information and monitor inventory levels.
• Conduct sales‑strategy analysis and adjust pricing to increase market share.
• Generate periodic reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Support account diagnostics and validate revenue conclusions.
• Lead revenue‑management projects and implement strategy updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and attend planning meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management or related field with at least 3 years of revenue‑management or sales/marketing experience, OR
• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
