SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The role combines strategic keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical audits and the management of PPC campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, content optimisation and link‑building to increase organic traffic.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring cost per acquisition and ROI.
• Track and report performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Analyse competitor strategies, advertising links and keyword tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
