Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost. The expert will support stakeholder mobilisation, institutional events, innovation competitions, outreach activities, and B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Plan, organise and manage institutional events and workshops.
• Design and run innovation competitions and challenge programmes.
• Coordinate outreach activities to raise awareness of the partnership.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking between partners and investors.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping and engagement records.

Required profile

• University degree in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or institutional communication.
• At least one year of experience with institutional events, outreach, innovation competitions or B2B/B2G matchmaking.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
