Technical Engineer – Solar Energy (Mauritania)

About the role

Growatt is seeking a Technical Engineer to support its solar inverter business in Mauritania. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training for a range of inverter models across West and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via email, phone, and messaging platforms for installation and commissioning issues.
• Manage spare‑part inventories and develop effective spare‑part plans.
• Travel on‑site to diagnose and resolve inverter failures when required.
• Deliver product training to customers after gaining product familiarity.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership.
