Training Manager – Human Resources

About the role

The Training Manager drives the company’s values and philosophy by ensuring that all training and development activities are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role identifies employee and organisational development needs and delivers effective training programs that support business results.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and communicate all training programs to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop both custom and corporate training curricula.
• Facilitate delivery of training sessions covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and participant progress; evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as guest satisfaction and performance data.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure transfer of learning to the workplace and incorporate adult‑learning principles.
• Develop training plans and budgets that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with a certified trainer qualification and no prior experience required.
• Strong understanding of training needs analysis, curriculum design, and adult learning methodologies.
