Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives that support the organisation’s mission and vision. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that all training programs are aligned with business objectives and enhance employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs, ensuring awareness and participation across the property.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and develop both custom and corporate training modules.
• Facilitate delivery of training on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance data and ROI analysis.
• Partner with operational leaders to assess skill transfer and identify performance gaps.
• Develop training plans and budgets that align with the organisation’s strategic goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees and managers to reinforce learning.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field, plus at least 2 years of HR or training experience, and certified trainer.
• OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields, certified trainer, with no prior experience required.
