Warehouse Keeper – Project Site

About the role

INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking an organized Warehouse Keeper to manage material flow at its renewable‑energy project site in Mauritania. You will ensure that all equipment, tools and spare parts are stored safely, tracked accurately and issued promptly to support construction and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials, verifying them against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all inbound and outbound items and conduct regular physical stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger replenishment for critical items and report any damaged, missing or excess inventory.
• Organise materials by type, usage and storage requirements, ensuring proper labeling and traceability.
• Prepare and issue materials to site teams based on approved requests while complying with HSE standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to resolve delivery issues and material shortages.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and compliant with company safety procedures.
• Support periodic inventory audits and generate warehouse performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant or similar role, preferably on construction or renewable‑energy projects.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and material handling.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced project environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements for warehouse activities.
