Business Developer (VIE) – Mauritania

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships and lead cross‑functional projects for the agency in Mauritania.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the agency’s project portfolio, monitoring public policy initiatives, investment programmes and business opportunities.
• Propose tailored projects, design implementation plans and analyse constraints and interdependencies.
• Prepare and facilitate project governance meetings with relevant departments and headquarters to secure approvals.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and deliver monthly reports to management and headquarters.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, especially in digital transformation and innovative solution development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in digital tools.
• Previous experience in Africa is an advantage.
