Data, Economic & Impact Analyst

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The project aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the EU in the space sector. We are looking for a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analyses to support programme decision‑making.
• Monitor and evaluate programme indicators and compile performance dashboards.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative impact assessments and evidence synthesis.
• Prepare regular results reports and contribute to proposal development.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in data/economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience in monitoring‑evaluation‑learning (MEL) or impact assessment, including dashboard creation and performance reporting.
