Driver – Guest Services & Parking Operations

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Driver to join our Guest Services team at a Sheraton property in Nouakchott. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing, ensuring smooth traffic flow and a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic, including taxis, limousines, and buses.
• Provide guests with directions, information about amenities, and local points of interest.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report any hazards.
• Secure vehicles and vehicle keys, and communicate parking procedures to guests.
• Follow company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to providing courteous service to all guests, including those with disabilities.
