Field Case Manager (Hybrid) – Nouakchott

About the role

This contract hybrid position based in Nouakchott, Mauritania, focuses on coordinating medical case management services while supporting investigative tasks. You will split your time between on‑site client visits and remote administrative duties, ensuring seamless case progression.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client visits and gather case information on‑site.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive case documentation.
• Liaise with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Prepare and update case progress reports.
• Support investigative assessments and generate related reports.

Required profile

• Experience in medical case management, including documentation and provider communication.
• Strong investigative and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks such as record‑keeping and report generation.
• Fluency in English and Thai; translation skills are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and provider interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of legal or litigation processes is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant professional experience preferred.
