Financial Analyst

About the role

BLS International Services Ltd. is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to join its global finance team. You will support strategic initiatives through robust financial planning, reporting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and disclosures in line with US GAAP/IFRS.
• Provide regular financial insights and KPI analysis to senior management.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, including VAT and corporation tax.
• Coordinate external audits and address audit findings.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working‑capital requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and procedures.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems to improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or MSc is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and audit management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Experience with tax compliance (VAT, corporation tax).
• Audit coordination and management.
• Cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
