Financial Analyst

About the role

BLS International Services Ltd. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its global finance function. The role will involve planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP/IFRS standards while providing actionable insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and regulatory disclosures.
• Deliver regular management reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, including VAT and corporation tax.
• Coordinate external audits and address audit findings.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working‑capital requirements.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems to improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (3‑5 years of relevant experience).
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and audit management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
