International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. You will manage the full hiring cycle for multilingual talent across Asia, working remotely and collaborating with managers to meet their staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Post job openings on international job boards and platforms.
• Source candidates via social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
• Screen applicants to verify qualifications and fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Track candidates through the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or candidate sourcing.
• Background recruiting for BPO roles such as customer service, marketing, or sales.
• Familiarity with the European market recruitment landscape.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent in English and any additional languages.
