Remote Drupal Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Drupal Web Developer to join our remote team. The role involves designing, building and maintaining complex Drupal‑based web applications, ensuring they are secure, performant and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain Drupal sites and custom applications.
• Create and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes using PHP and JavaScript.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs, including headless/decoupled solutions.
• Perform core updates, apply security patches and ensure module compatibility.
• Test, debug and optimise front‑end and back‑end performance to achieve high uptime.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and support teammates.
• Document technical specifications and system architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Drupal 9/10.
• Strong command of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and Docker‑based development environments.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and with automated testing.
