Remote Webflow Developer – Build Pixel-Perfect Sites

About the role

We are looking for a design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will turn high‑fidelity Figma mockups into fully functional, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites while owning the technical health of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to translate Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel‑perfect Webflow pages.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimize sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software).
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain website security, update plugins/scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects and custom interactions.
