Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. The role involves planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content across all social platforms while fostering community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture an active community.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion, and deliver monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Stay informed on platform algorithms, emerging trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
• Basic graphic design capabilities.
