Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Mauritania, providing timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to customers over various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant departments.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate logs of support interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high‑quality support and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Access to a personal laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and power supply (including backup).
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support (preferred).
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Knowledge of computer software.
