Video Game Composer

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Video Game Composer to create dynamic, immersive scores for our upcoming titles. Working remotely, you will define the sonic identity of each game, aligning music with narrative, characters and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Compose and produce original high-quality musical scores ranging from ambient tracks to combat and cinematic themes.
• Develop interactive, adaptive music layers that react to player actions and changing gameplay scenarios.
• Collaborate with narrative designers, producers and sound designers to ensure music supports mood and pacing.
• Integrate musical assets into game engines and audio middleware (Wwise, FMOD) ensuring seamless loops and transitions.
• Iterate quickly on musical ideas based on feedback and playtesting.
• Manage audio assets, ensuring proper organization, labeling and delivery according to technical specifications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience composing music for video games with a diverse portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency with standard DAWs such as Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton or Pro Tools.
• Familiarity with integrating music into Unity or Unreal Engine and using middleware like Wwise or FMOD.
• Strong knowledge of music theory, orchestration, arrangement and high-quality virtual instrument libraries.
• Fully equipped home studio capable of delivering studio-standard audio.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration and ability to meet tight deadlines.
