Event Design Coordinator (Remote, Europe)

About the role

We are looking for an Event Design Coordinator to oversee the intake, production, and quality assurance of event‑related creative requests across Tether’s diverse business units. Working remotely from anywhere in Europe, you will act as the bridge between internal teams and the design studio, ensuring that event assets are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end workflow for event design requests, from brief intake to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers and product teams to translate requirements into actionable design tasks.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for design quality, conducting reviews and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain production schedules, track asset status, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Document processes, maintain a central repository of event assets, and continuously improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven experience coordinating creative projects or events in a remote setting.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multiple time zones.
