Contract Administrator

About the role

INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator to support its renewable energy projects in Mauritania. The role involves managing contract documentation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, process and administer contracts, amendments, purchase orders and related documents.
• Maintain accurate contract records, databases and filing systems, and monitor contractual milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate contract matters with Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support contract review, approval workflows, amendments, extensions and close‑out activities.
• Provide reports on contract status, assist audits and ensure confidentiality of contractual information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Contract Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, document control or procurement support within construction, infrastructure, renewable energy or engineering sectors.
• Fluent English with strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with document management systems (DMS) and contract management software (advantageous).
