Cost Controller – Finance & Accounting

About the role

The Cost Controller will support property‑wide financial strategies, ensuring products and services meet brand expectations while maximizing return on investment. This full‑time position provides the financial expertise needed to implement brand initiatives and drive profitable decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic planning and budgeting.
• Prepare annual budget plans, forecast sales versus expenses, and monitor actual performance against projections.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, estimate cost‑benefit analyses, and explore new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate profit and loss statements, ensure timely reporting, and oversee audit corrections.
• Monitor tax obligations, ensure compliance with SOPs, and manage internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.
• Lead and communicate with accounting teams, assigning clear accountability and fostering sound financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
