Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive new business opportunities for Dorée & Co., an interior architecture and project management studio. Working on‑site in Nouakchott, you will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to signed contracts, while supporting the studio’s marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads in the interior design, architecture and real‑estate sectors.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and service presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
• Support marketing campaigns, manage social‑media channels and enhance the studio’s digital presence.
• Represent the company at industry events, client trainings and networking meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation and contract negotiation.
• Experience or interest in architecture, interior design or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic; good written and spoken English preferred.
• Comfortable working on‑site and interacting directly with clients and internal teams.
