Concierge-Club Level – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge-Club Level role ensures a welcoming and safe environment for guests in the club lounge. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating, service, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold and alcoholic beverages, stock ice, glassware and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables and equipment; wash dishes and utensils as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties, secure liquor storage and document activities in the logbook.
• Communicate replenishment needs, special meal requests and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Provide courteous service, assist guests with disabilities and uphold company policies and appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb, stand or walk for extended periods.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
